Happiness

Here I am again. But now, that place called ”here” is not my home... Well... That place is now another country, Germany, and another town, a huge one: BERLIN.
Some of you maybe already know how much I enjoy life and traveling. Now, I am very, very happy, I feel my body too small for such a great happiness.

Even if I prepared a lot of cards for Easter I didn`t post them because I had to finish so many things last week.
For this post I`ve chosen some bunnies. I think I made around 10 different cards with these beautiful, paper rabbits.

I choose this card for Scrapper in Romania challenge, it fits perfectly. The girls told us the Easter Bunny story... and I loved it!!! This is the challenge.

You can see the flower-like button and the string. I like the way they go together. I also love this combination of the wood, paper and natural string beige with light blue. I consider it so soft and refined.

I like to imagine my happiness spreads like a scent all around and brings more light and joy to this world.

Thank you for your time and visit,
Anca

Pay it forward

Do you remember my cherry blossom card (here it is) and the contest I won? Well a few weeks ago Oana sent the gifts. I wanted to make something for her, as a pay it forward game (by the way, I love that movie!). So here is my work for her.

I decided to make something that looks like the card so I made an entire cherry blossom tree. I also have one for me and I intention to make 3 more ”quilling paintings” for the rest of the seasons.

The flowers are made of 2 mm paper strips and are painted with pink acrylic.

Yesterday Oana received the gift, she wrote so beautiful words about me and the joy she felt.

Now, I know that Oana loves the painting, I wish you like it too.
May you have a wonderful spring,
Anca

Think green

As you might know, maybe I told you many times before and I become boring but... I love canvas and old clothes. So I cut out some circles and made a few cards.

I used a little bit of quilling, for the beauty of the green. And buttons...

I don`t know if people will buy them, but I wanted to try. Some friends gave me broken jewels, and I used a part of them for the flower stamens.

I consider these cards special because I used for them old fabrics that otherwise people would throw away.

So, let`s think green!
Thanks for your time and visit,
Anca

Chocolate and orange dream

This delicious cake is a dream... Because it`s made of paper...
I made this cake in a hurry last night, for SCRAPPER IN ROMANIA,CHALLENGE#12, where the theme is Delicious. The submission is closed in 4 hours!

I used 1 mm strips for the orange slices... so tiny and so hard to work with. I painted with white acrylic to create the image of the pulp and I also cut some paper as chocolate chips.

For the yellow tissue I used one of my special scissors and I made the holes with a needle.

Hope you like it,
have a sunny weekend,
Anca
