Here is a simple card with forget-me-not wich I enter to Scrapper in Romania challenge. What does it have in common with a summer night theme? Well… me and my husband were walking in the orchard and flowers were like mad, bloomed all around, like an explosion. Antd the forget-me not were there too. The evening came while admiring the flowers and these flowers were sticked to my heart, being from that moment the sign of a perfect summer evening .
Inspired by nature I started these quilling flowers thinking of a framed project, but other ideas turned me away and only now I`ve decided tu use them for a card, as they were resting in a box.
It has such a special look, I feel good watching it. More often I wake up in the morning eager to see the most recent finished projects…

Handmade Wedding Invitations
Playing with paper and cards brought me closer to this field - the weddings. It`s a very special day, and the most important thing is to find what suits you best: the dress, the invitations, the wedding theme.
Here are a few designs I propose with the chandelier theme.
I`ve made these designs for Simona, but the one that was ment for her is not here.
I believe We all can have what suits best and what we dream to.

Framed Fringed Flowers
After a long break, too long for me and hope for you too, here I am with my first framed work using fringed flowers. Remember the black and white with a little bit of turquoise? Well, that was my second work of this kind, you can see it here.
I prepared these flowers for another work, and moving them from a place to another this work turned out. I was thrilled!
Now... why I was gone for such a long period of time? I had problems with my internet network and couldn`t reach the internet these days. I miss my desk, surfing on the internet, blogging. But hope it will fix soon. Now I`m with my laptop, connected for the first time to the foodcourt wireless network from a Mall. I confess: don`t like it at all.
Wishing you a sunny week,
Anca

More quilled sunflower
Hello again! I have some sunflower cards for today.
While working on the sunflowers I`ve discovered how good it feels when I have a well defined project. The most unefficient days are those on which I can`t decide what I should work on.
So when I had the sunflower theme I`ve started and couldn`t stop.
I`ve tried for the first time these big leaves, like always, first they seemed impossible, and later were easy to make.
The ribbon I used is cotton lace, (hope it`s made in Romania, as the lady from the store said) which I glued on the card.
As for the sunflowers, I used tight and fringed centers, simple marquise shapes for the petals from the blue card, twisted marquise shapes (slug or leaf) for the petals from the yellow card, and some husking petals for the flower from the green paper (unmounted).
Wishing you sunny days,
Anca
