Unusual color combo for quilling

Hello there! I believe we are all quite busy with spring playing around (at least we know she`ll come!). For today I have a special card, with strong colors and unusual combo - purple and yellow.
Salutare dragelor! Cred ca suntem toate cam ocupate acum cu primavara ce ne da tarcoale (cel putin stim ca va veni!). Pentru azi am o felicitare speciala, cu niste culori puternice si o combinatie mai neobisnuita - mov inchis si galben.

Lately I`ve used some strange colors but I love them all and of course this one too. It is a fringed flower with beads in the center, and some stamps used as a background.
In ultima vreme am folosit culori mai ciudate, dar iubesc cu lorile asa ca bineinteles ca si pe acestea! Aici e o floare franjurata (fringed) cu margele in mijloc si cu niste stampile ca fundal.

It really has strong character, isn`t it?
Chiar are personalitate felicitarea asta, nu?

Fringed flowers

Hello my dear ones, I am so happy to find so many beautiful words from you!

Here is my new post, with two cards that I made more than a month ago - a purple one and a green one. I forgot them but when I found them into a folder with pictures I felt in love, for the second time.

The purple one is my favourite, I adore the velvet ribbon, the beads, my stamps and... I admit, purple. Maybe with some changes it would fit for a wedding invitation.

And the green one. The flowers are not so perfect because I was trying different ways of making the fringed flowers.

Some time ago I didn`t like this type of flower, only because I didn`t know how to make it. I tried to make some, they wasn`t perfect from the first time but the more I tried the more beautiful they were. I feel so bad when I try new things and they don`t turn out the way I want, I am anxious all day. But, from things like this, from mistakes, take life new interesting shapes, and even in life, new ways of being.

Waiting for the flowers to bloom

I made these cards some weeks ago, but didn`t post them... Diana from Happy Quilling posted in the same time about the painting and quilling combination. It was strange and yet interesting for me to find a post so similar to what I was working on.

I consider these cards easy to make. But I love the special air they have. Looking at them I can feel the breeze, the sweet wind of the spring.

I like this world of blogging, I like the way people share their work. I like the way we build friendships and the way we discover with every new post stories and characters and own styles.

Number 5

Here is the card number five, the last one from those I`ve made using my beloved red and white ribbons.

I adore quilling 'cause it allows me to create all types of flowers, flowers that exist (like these ones) in the beautiful world of fantasy.

This is my favourite card. I like the colors, the beads and the buttons.

I bought these beads from Hungary some weeks ago and are precious to me because they remind the 3 relaxing days we had there. So I enter this card to Stampin Sister in Christ where the challenge is: use something you treasure. I also treasure this red and white ribbon.
