Invitatii rustice cu floarea soarelui / Burlap sunflower wedding invitations

Dragii mei, am disparut de atata vreme din aceasta lume a blogurilor... Dar am continuat sa creez modele noi de invitatii si am lucrat la comenzi si am rasucit si lipit mult, mult de tot.
Postez azi un model de invitatie cu floarea soarelui si cu panza de sac. Arata tare frumos impreuna, iar cartonul maro inchis (nu e negru, e maro foarte inchis) duce spre o nunta de toamna.

My dear friends, there is so much time since I`ve been away from this world of blogging... But I worked on orders and I assemmbled many coils and petals and centers and so on...
Here I am with a burlap sunflower invitatio. All the elements look so beautiful together, and the brown card (it is dark brown, not  black) brings such an autumns air.

Am facut invitatiile acestea anul trecut, dupa cererile si sugestiile unei cliente. De multe ori ideile clientilor duc la niste produse extraordinare!
I made these invitations last year, at the requests of a client. The ideas of the clients often bring so fantastic designs!

Daca ar fi sa ma casatoresc acum, mi-ar fi tare greu sa aleg din multitudinea de culori!
I`m already married but if I had to choose the invitations for me wedding now it would be very difficult for me to choose from so many colors!

Am facut muuulte, aici numai cateva.

Cobalt and sunflower invitation

My dear friends,
I have to confess I feel guilty because I post only wedding invitations lately, especially with sunflower, but this is what I do these days...
When I started quilling I`d never thought I`ll get here, running an etsy shop and having so many clients who search for my sunflower invitations. But this is what happened and even if there are many ideas and projects that I begun... the quilled sunflowers keep coming.

So, for today, a new design, with one of my sunflowers, put on different colors. I believe cobalt and sunflower is a strong combo and that cobalt keeps haunting my mind. Just imagine a wedding with elegant, cobalt accents, beige and yellow flowers or sunflower.

I tried the same flower on green and brown too. Take a look.

The green and cobalt combo are my favorite!

This is my quilling from these days, I`ll try some autumn themes and I tried some daisy themes too, but I`ll show that in my next post.

Burlap sunflower invitation / Invitatie cu floarea soarelui rustica

Now, which one is your favorite? I prefer the one with burlap and the one with orange raffia. I used the same recycled cardstock for all the designs, actually it`s the same card and the same flower I only changed the ribbon.

How is your summer? I enjoy these days, I enjoy reading and I enjoy the good light that helps me take beautiful pictures!

Black and red wedding invitation & table numbers / Invitatii de nunta cu rosu si negru & numere de masa

Hello again :)

During the last months wedding invitations, table numbers and money envelopes were my main activity. It was a pleasure and I want to share with you my work, hope I won`t be boring... 
This red and black sunflower wedding invitation is for a wedding from a medieval location. It`s my old design (with brown and green from here) but with other colors (black and dark red).

Dragele mele,

in ultima vreme am lucrat la invitatii de nunta, meniuri si plicuri de bani. Cam aceasta a fost principala activitate. Am mai multe poze, sper sa nu fiu plictisitoare :)
Acest model cu negru si visiniu este un model pe care l-am facut pentru o clienta care va avea nunta intr-o locatie medievala. Este o adaptare a modelului cu maro si verde de aici.

Sunflower wedding invitation - brown / Invitatii cu floarea soarelui maro

It`s spring outside, yet I work on sunflower wedding invitations. I`ve sent a package this week to a client from Hungary and she was so happy to see them that almost made me cry with her beautiful words. She said they are even more beautiful in reality than in pictures.

Stiu ca este primavara, eu lucrez intens la invitatii cu floarea soarelui. Si imi place si sunt bucuroasa. Tocmai am trimis spre Ungaria un colet si clienta mi-a scris despre cat de extrem de multumita si fericita este. 

Imi venea sa plang de fericire. 

Spunea ca sunt si mai frumoase decat in poze si ca totul e exact cum si-au imaginat.

The sunflower album is a gift I`ve sent, I believe it fits perfect as a gusetbook for a wonderful wedding.

Albumul cu floarea soarelui l-am trimis ca si cadou si cred ca se potriveste foarte bine ca si album de impresii.

This is a design I`ve made some time ago and I love it so much. These days i`ve been working to some new designs on the same colors. Now, I want to try something on emerald green since it`s the color of the year. 

I just love the idea of a color for every year.

Este un model care imi place foarte mult. Zilele acestea am creat ceva nou pe aceleasi culori. Imi doresc sa incerc ceva si pe verde smarald daca tot e culoarea anului. 

Chiar imi place ideea aceasta de a exista o culoare a anului.

Invitatie cu floarea soarelui / Sunflower wedding ivitation

A trecut un an de cand am facut primele invitatii de nunta si in acest timp am facut o multime de flori. Mai ales floarea soarelui! Iata inca un model pe care nu vi l-am prezentat, foarte drag mie.
It`s been an year from my first wedding invitations and during this time I`ve made a lot of flower. Especially sunflowers! Here is another sunflower quilling design which I didn`t show you. This flower is so dear to me!

Ceea ce fac imi da foarte multa satisfactie, dar uneori este atat de epuizant si de solicitant! Foarte interesant cum nimic din ceea ce facem nu este intotdeauna usor!
What I make brings so much joy, but sometimes the same work is so exhausting! Nothing is really so easy at it seems!

Si mai tineti minte floarea soarelui pe care am plantat-o in gradina? A inflorit luna aceasta :)
And, do you remember the sunflower from my garden? This month I saw its first flowers :)

Sunflower wedding madness

Floarea soarelui e acum mica in gradina. Am pus niste seminte - pentru prima data. Quillingul a adus foarte aproape de mine aceasta floare. Clientii mei sunt innebuniti dupa floarea soarelui. Asa ca azi va las sa panditi un piculet prin munca mea. Sunflower is now very small in my garden. I planted some seeds for the first time. Quilling brought sunflower very, very close to me. There is an infinite love for this plant among my clients. For today a sneak peek into my wedding sunflower creations.

Sunflower wedding invitation 2

Iata un alt design pentru invitatii de nunta cu floarea soarelui. Am creat mai multe modele, va voi dezvalui pe rand cate un alt design. Cea de data trecuta se numea Vanilla. Aceasta se numeste Chocolate.
Here is another design for a sunflower wedding invitation. I`ve made more designs and I`ll share with you step by step another one. Last time I showed you the one named Vanilla. This one is Chocolate.

Cand le-am aratat pritenelor mele, doua dintre ele au preferat-o pe aceasta, spuneau ele ca le place contrastul. Mie combinatia de ciocolatiu si hartia sidefata mi se pare bestiala. Si, mai spunea o prietena "Vai, ar fi si pacat sa faci altceva, Doamne cata rabdare ai".
Two friends saw my designs and both prefered this one because of the contrast that it has. One of them said "Oh, it would be a shame for you to do anything else, oh my God how much patience you have!".

Ei bine, trec printr-o perioada mai sensibila a vietii mele, cu alegeri grele de facut, si totusi, in timpul putin care ramane aleg sa fac asta (quilling, designuri ai alte creativitati). Sa fie oare un semn? :)
Well, right now I`m going through difficult times, with hard decisions... yet in the little time I have I prefer doing this (quilling, designs and other creative things).

Florile nu sunt lipite definitiv de invitatii, am folosit burete cu lipici ca sa le pot schimba intre ele, adica sa folosesc aceeasi baza dar flori diferite.
I added the flowers to the invitations using a piece of glue foam because I wanted to use the same card for different flowers.

Sunflower wedding invitation

This summer I worked on some projects and they were top secret. So, now I can show you this special sunflower wedding invitation.

I named it Vanilla.

And here is the second version, Deep Vanilla, with a sophisticated sunflower, more petals and obviously everyone`s favorite.
